The Canadian Urban Institute Brownie Awards jury has selected the RATP - Lagny Bus Depot Renewal (Paris), as this year’s winner in the CUI Brownie Awards International Category.
This is the first time the Canadian Urban Institute has invited submissions for an international award.

Lagny Bus Depot is currently under construction. It will be located in the east of Paris, underneath a new housing and commercial complex. This underground depot will increase bus parking capacity by 70% in order to accommodate 180 buses while leaving enough space to construct a childcare facility, expand a secondary school, and build 3000m2 of office space.
