Christophe Blain is the internationally renowned author and artist of comics such as Isaac the Pirate, Gus, and Dungeon the Early Years (with Joann Sfar and Lewis Trondheim).
Born August 10, 1970, Blain is one of only two authors to be twice awarded the Golden Prize for Best Album at the Angoulême Festival in France.
His latest book is the award-winning Quai d’Orsay, co-written by Abel Lanzac. In 2013, the book was adapted into a film of the same title by Bertrand Tavernier.
