The Salon du Livre de l'Outaouais is the bigger literary salon in the national capital area. 35,000 visitors attend it every year in late February. The next edition will take place from February 25 to March 1, 2015 and will welcome Stephanie des Horts as guest speaker from France for a tête-à-tête on February 28 at 12:30 pm on the Jacques Poirier Scene. Two signings sessions are also scheduled February 26 and 28.


Stéphanie des Horts has always been keen on English literature and specialized in the study of Shakespeare and Jane Austen.

She worked for ten years for Arizona, a communication and advertising agency. She then decided to reconnect with her first passion, literature, and became literary critic for the magazine "Valeurs Actuelles" in 2004. She is also a reader for the bookpublisher Les éditions de Poche.

She has published five novels to date. Stephanie des Horts is a member of the Cabourg Roman Jury.
