Fou d'amour wins the Grand Prize of the Americas at the 2015 MWFF

Fou d'amour from the French director Philippe Ramos won the Grand Prize of the Ammericas  at the 39th edition of the Montreal World Film festival (MWFF) which held its Awards Ceremony this Sunday september 7th.

The Jury, chaired by Dany Laferrière, choose this 'humour noir" movie where Melville Poupaud plays a priest who was found guilty of a double crime and guilotined in 1959. From the basket where it rolled, his head tells his story : at the beginning everything was perfect and heaven was on earth for this repected priest who was also a perfect lover ...
