International call: Mobile Film Festival

In 2016, the Mobile Film Festival is back for its 12th edition. As in the past editions, rules are simple : 1 mobile - 1 minutes - 1 film.

Shoot a one-minute-film with your cell phone and win a production grant and other prizes!

For the last 12 years, the Mobile Film Festival has detected and supported talented directors through on a very simple principle « 1 Mobile, 1 Minute, 1 Film ». Their international call for films is open until January, 3rd on www.mobilefilmfestival.com . Feel free to spread the word: anyone can participate!

Just shoot a one-minute film with your cell phone!

There is no specific theme so very creative films of high quality from all over the world are expected. Directors will be able to submit their film in the language of their choice as all the selected films will be subtitle in the native language, French and English thanks to Dotsub.com

A 15,000€ grant dedicated to the production of a film within a year with the help of a producer will be awarded to the Best International Short Film, as well as two screenwriting grants of 3,000€ each to the Best Director Award and Best Screenplay Award. The prizes will be awarded in Paris during a ceremony on February 28th with many guests and the Mobile Film Festival great jury in attendance : Emmanuelle Bercot, Kim Chapiro, Emilie Dequenne, Maïmouna Doucouré, Julie Gayet, Laurent Grégoire, Jalil Lespert and Aïssa Maïga.
