From a collaboration between the Consulat Général de France in the Atlantic Provinces and the City of Moncton, this exhibition, on view until September 30, 2015, presents an overview of biodiversity particularly threatened by human activities.

The bilingual exhibition of 34 pictures has been created by Wild Earth journal, the Critical Ecosystems Partnership Fund and the Nature Picture Library (NPL), in partnership with AFD, MAEDI and LPO France. The exhibition is centered on the photos and offers guests a world tour of 34 hot spots for biodiversity and an overview of field activities conducted therein. The photos are provided by the British agency NBL, bringing together the greatest nature photographers in the world and has a high quality background images on each of the hotspots.

The aim of this exhibition is to raise awareness and to question the public on the threats to biodiversity and actions implemented at international level for its protection.
