… when music marries drama! 

“Keep the French language and our country’s, our francophone’s culture alive.”

Laurent Brunetti and Mario Pacchioli, two Swiss artists settled in Paris, pursue the richness of encounters with the francophone’s audience from all around the world.

C’est vrai, que les temps changent ! (“It is true, times are changing”). But through Laurent Brunetti’s lyrics, set to music by Mario Pacchioli, sleeping memories from our childhood might be awoken. So, here or there, during this recital made entirely of original compositions, some great names of French chanson might come to our minds. It is an invitation to relive the time when words took shape and arose feel secret and mysterious emotions deep into each of us.

The artists:

Laurent Brunetti – Lyrics, vocals

Laurent Brunetti, born in Vevey (canton of Vaud, Switzerland) has been introduced to an audience at a very young age. He has a great interest in words and has this essentiel need of authenticity and truth. Inspired by the discrepancies of life, Laurent Brunetti is a modern-day narrator, with a nostalgic plume.
From Switzerland to Quebec, from France to Belgium, in Latin America, in Asia, he gained a lot of stage experience. Whether it be only with a piano or with a symphony orchestra, Laurent Brunetti makes his voice resonate in multiple artistic projects. With five albums and a training in acting, Laurent Brunetti works actively to link theatrical art and the interpretation of his texts.

Mario Pacchioli – Composition, arrangement, piano

Mario Pacchioli, born in Ilanz (Grisons, Switzerland) started his training of piano and classical singing at the age of seven, already convinced that melody will be the guiding thread of his life.
Gold record in Switzerland, and with three albums to his credit, Mario Pacchioli perfects his art at the Musicians Institute of Technology of Hollywood. Very eclectic in his artistic research, he started his training as a theater actor in 2009 at the Académie Internationale des Arts du Spectacle in Versailles.
Always looking for the melody, Mario Pacchioli arranges with the necessary freshness, humility and silences.
