Drawing inspiration from jazz, tango, poetry and the great tradition of French chanson, Philippe Noireaut is a French-born, Montreal-based singer-songwriter and pianist. Between tours with legendary chansonnier Gilles Vigneault, Philippe will make a rare visit to Toronto as part of De bouche à oreille, a concert series featuring some of the great songwriters from Quebec and France, paired up with the best musicians in Toronto. For this one-night only meeting of musical minds, Philippe will share the stage with Michael Davidson (vibraphone) and Daniel Fortin (bass), and will also introduce pieces from his forthcoming album, Géométrie variable.
