The École Normale d’Administration (ENA) opened the applications for its 2019-2020 Long-Term International Courses (cycles internationaux longs, CIL).

Through this procedure, l’ENA enrols for the three following courses :

The ENA long international course (CIL, 14 months for young civil servants). This course leading to ENA International Certificate in Public Administration can be completed with one of the three companion Masters programmes : « Public Institution Communication », « Public Action in Europe » and « General Public Administration », in partnership with CELSA, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Strasbourg.

The ENA international advanced training course (CIP, 8 months for experienced civil servants). This course can be completed with one of the two companion Masters programmes : « Public Administration and international affairs » and « Specialized Public Administration », in partnership with Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Strasbourg.

The IRA international course (CilIRA, 8 months for both young and experienced civil servants). The IRA course (Instituts Régionaux d’Administration) also provide foreign civil servants with the opportunity to prepare a Masters programme in addition to their IRA diploma.

CIL class of 2017-2018

Application is made online through ENA’s website, from Sept. 24th to Nov. 23th. Applicants must then send their file to the Embassy of France in Ottawa :
