Every year, ENA selects foreign candidates for its international cycles and those of the Regional Institutes of Adminstration (IRA).

Three long term training programs are open to foreign civil servants and public officials :

The Long International Cycle (CIL) of ENA: (duration: 14 months, for junior civil servants). This training is coupled with three professional Masters courses in Communication of Public Institutions, Public Action in Europe and General Public Administration, organized by ENA in partnership with CELSA, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Strasbourg.

ENA’s International Advanced Training Program (CIP) : (duration: 8 months, for experienced civil servants). This training is coupled with two professional Masters courses in Public Administration and International Affairs and Comparative Administration and Public Management, organized by ENA in partnership with Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Strasbourg.

IRA’s International Courses (CiIRA) : (duration: 8 months, for junior civil servants wishing to broaden their skills). The IRA cycles (Regional Institutes of Administration) also offer the possibility for foreign civil servants to prepare a master’s degree in parallel.
