Every year, March is dedicated to the celebration of the French language across the world, during the Francophonie month.

The International Francophonie Day (March 20) is the culmination of this month that honors the French language in its diversity.

For this 17th edition of Francophonie month, French will surprise you, around the theme « Ça (d)étonne ». French is an official language in no less than 29 countries: it is still full of surprises thanks to its diversity!

All around Canada, francophone partners and admirers of Molière’s language join to share their love for French.

Workshops, conferences, projections, meetings, performances, festivals,…: many events are proposed in March in Canada. In 2022, those activities are partly back as in-person events, so that everyone can fully enjoy them.
