From October 1 to 3, 2021
In person at the Center for Digital Media, 685 Great Northern Way, Vancouver BC
& online via Oculus Applab

The Alliance Française de Vancouver (AFV) invites you to explore and connect with V-Unframed, an immersive digital art exhibition featuring local and international artworks.
Traditionally, art has been confined to a frame and displayed within the walls of a gallery. V-Unframed encourages you to discover the magical stories, environments and realities that exist beyond the confines of the canvas.
At this event, viewers will be able to experience Espace V, the Alliance Française de Vancouver’s unique virtual reality space, accessible in person at the exhibition or online via Oculus Applab. Espace V is positioned as a reference platform for the Francophone and Francophile community and for the dissemination of works in their digital form.
AFV is launching Espace V as its virtual cultural center at a time when its historic building at 6161 Cambie Street is being demolished to make way for its future building, scheduled to open in 2023.

V-Unframed is a free event, for all ages and open to everybody.
